i would love to see some good opana ir on here just because its the best thing ive ever banged, plus its hard to get and i havnt seen any on s.r. yet. roxys are always good but they seem to come up pretty frequently. dilaudid i cant speak on but evidently im missing something spectacular :P

All three of them,in my hand,RIGHT NOW ;)

Gonna be roxie for the sniffers and smokers and the others for shooters.
I'm curious about the interest in the dillys and opana.

Dilaudid... :)

Dilaudid... :)
Though i do like just a touch of my opana in my dilly.

Am i correct in stating that the biggest trait these three have in common are that they are all (and the only) pharm opiates that can be IV'd without conversion or preparation other than water and a filter? ~smod

I'm guessing so, never shot before.
This is what I'm curious about. Are the ER versions of Opana or Dilaudid as wanted? What would you be looking to pay for them in the biggest and second biggest prep for Opana ER?
I know you asked about IR but I need to come up with an ER med to replace 25% of my IR meds that are getting scaled down next visit. Just wondering which is more in demand, I ask about demand because I figure that translates into better treatment of pain.

Dilaudid is the old school injectable of choice. I don't bang, but my friends who do never shut up about how swell it is to watch those little pills dissolve so sweetly and completely into the spoon. There seems to be something almost mystical about finding it coz dillies are nowadays not often prescribed; hence little availability. And doctors tend to side eye old ladies who ask to have their pain killers changed from oxy or MS contin to dilaudid due to stomach irritability.

Yeah, it is old school...you ever see NE or Calif junkies in the south, or areas where traditionally there wasn't heroin, they immediately start looking for dilaudids. In old days you could also do percodan fairly well, as the aspirin in them separated really good from oxycodone, and you'd get 5-6 perks and have a nice fix also...but tylox/percocets ended that run(buffer was tylenol, turned to mush)...then oxycontin got invented, which brought about a whole new generation of junkies in weird areas...
But dilaudid is still king because they are easily injectable, and--to some of us--are the closest and most reliable injectable pharmaceutical around. In N. Florida, Louisiana, E.Texas, there was always someplace/somebody who knew where the 'D's were. Knoll was king, hence the name 'K4's' for the popular 4mg dilaudids. In *real* old days you could cold shake them...then they made them anti-junky haha...which meant you had to crush them up before injecting...all kinds of stuff...
On here, where we don't know what we are getting when we get heroin, dialudids take on added value. You don't have to 'wonder' if you are going to get loaded or just irritated...Sure, IR opana would be nice, but docs are dodgy about IR *anything* ... and nice thing about dilaudids is that they aren't that popular for anything but injecting...they just don't break down good in bod...no buzz...
EDIT: Just a note to other buyers: it's not to our advantage to be telling 'what we are willing to pay.' For obvious reasons. Doesn't matter whether it's a car or a pill: I want seller to sell as cheap as possible, and seller wants to sell for as much as possible. IF I tell up front 'what I'm willing to pay' seller gets incredible edge over me...If we say, "Oh, I'd pay 80 dollars for a good dilaudid!" they just went up in price. I"ve paid all kinds of prices for all kinds of drugs...but this is a marketplace, and the cheaper they sell these for, the more of us will buy them. Asking ridiculous prices--as the so-called opanas are going for, is probably because somebody told this ace we'd pay it.
If you have drugs, and want to sell them, put'em up there...but I see an incredible amount of conversation on injectable opiates, with prices going all over the place...but very little for sale....which is a real bummer...
